How To Invest

Investing in Fulcrum is straightforward!

First, Fulcrum requires all potential investors to

a) carefully read its Private Placement Memorandum ("PPM") including all disclosures, restrictions, limitations and risk factor statements;

b) consult with your professional advisor (lawyer, accountant, banker, etc.) regarding the advisability of investing; and

c) sign a fully completed application form

d) send the original signed completed form, together with all required documentation, to Fulcrum.

Second, upon Fulcrum's receipt of your duly executed, original application form, it will be properly processed, including

a) exact funding information will be sent to you; and

b) upon receiving all appropriate items, confirmation will be sent to you.
